White Collar is Crisp and Clever

Agent Peter Burke (Tim Dekay) is an honest and capable FBI special agent, whereas Neal Caffrey is a multi-talented smart forger/con artist. Jeff Eastin, the creator of this smart combination named the series as White Collar. Neal, a thief and a con figure is caught by FBI. He breaks out searching for his girlfriend but is caught again by Agent Peter Burke. However, the desperate lover proposes a deal to help FBI solve criminal case under Agent Burke. Agent Burke, not sure how to react at first finally accepts the deal and the complicated cases are brought to quick ends by them. Throughout all the episodes of every season, the bond and trust between the two is made stronger. At times, Burke also has a few concerns about Neal and his suspicious behavior but in the end everything turns back to normal.
The premier of the show was aired on October 23, 2009. The finale season of White Collar was out in December 18, 2014. Besides the two main leads, Mozzie (Willie Garson) and Elizabeth Burke (Tiffani Thiessen) also plays close to main but supporting role in the series.Mozzie is another con man and Neal’s close friend and Elizabeth is an event planner and Peter's wife.
During the five years life of the show, it was nominated for People’s Choice Award in 2011 as ‘Favorite TV Obsession’. In 2012, 2013 and 2014, it was nominated for People’s Choice Award as ‘Favorite Cable TV Drama’. For People’s Choice Award in 2015, White collar finally won an award for ‘Favorite Cable TV Actor’. The awards under the show also include ‘Outstanding Achievement in Casting - Television Pilot – Drama (2010)’, ‘Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series:Diahann Carroll (2012)’ and ‘Best Performance in a TV Series - Guest Starring Young Actor age 11-13:Regan Mizrahi (2012)’.
